Services & Project Scope

All services are delivered according to the agreed project scope, proposal, package, or written agreement. Any additional work outside the approved scope may require a separate quote or additional fee.

Payments & Billing

Payments must be made according to the agreed package, invoice, or project milestone. Work may begin after the required deposit or initial payment has been received.

• Project pricing is based on the agreed scope of work.
• Additional features, pages, revisions, or integrations may increase the final cost.
• Final files, launch access, or completed delivery may be held until pending payments are cleared.
• Recurring services such as SEO, ads, hosting support, or maintenance are billed according to the selected plan.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund requests are reviewed based on the project stage, work completed, approvals received, and the nature of the service purchased.

• Deposits may become non-refundable once strategy, design, development, or planning work has started.
• Refunds are not applicable after approval of initial concepts, requested revisions, completed development, or website launch.
• No refund is available for completed services, delivered files, deployed websites, third-party purchases, domains, hosting, paid tools, or integrations.
• If a project is cancelled by WIX Design Studios for reasons unrelated to client breach or non-performance, eligible refunds may be reviewed.

Revisions & Approval

Revisions are provided according to the selected package or project agreement. Client feedback is required to move the project forward.

• Revision rounds must remain within the approved project scope.
• Major changes after approval may be treated as additional work.
• Delays in feedback may affect the project timeline.
• Once a design, page, feature, or website is approved, further changes may require additional cost.

Project Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on the selected package, project complexity, client feedback, content availability, approvals, and third-party platform requirements.

• Estimated delivery dates are shared during the project process.
• Timelines may change if project scope changes or required content is delayed.
• Website launch depends on final approval, completed payment, and required access credentials.
• WIX Design Studios is not responsible for delays caused by unavailable client feedback or third-party platform issues.

Customer Support

We provide support through email, phone, chat, or project communication channels depending on your selected service or package.

• Support covers questions related to the agreed project scope.
• Ongoing maintenance, updates, or optimization may require a support plan.
• Emergency fixes, third-party issues, or advanced custom work may require additional charges.

Communication Policy

All official communication must be completed through authorized WIX Design Studios email addresses, phone numbers, chat systems, or approved communication channels.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
• We are not responsible for communication from unauthorized email addresses, phone numbers, or third parties.
• Project instructions should be provided clearly and in writing whenever possible.

Client Responsibilities

To complete your project successfully, you agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required content, brand assets, login credentials, and approvals.

Quality Assurance

We aim to deliver professional, high-quality Wix websites and digital solutions based on the information, brief, and requirements provided by the client.

Every project is reviewed for design consistency, responsiveness, user experience, basic functionality, and agreed deliverables before final launch or delivery.

Third-Party Services & Exclusions

WIX Design Studios may assist with third-party tools, apps, plugins, APIs, payment gateways, CRM systems, analytics, or integrations, but we are not responsible for limitations, downtime, policies, pricing, or changes made by third-party platforms.

• Third-party subscription fees are the client's responsibility.
• Platform restrictions may affect available functionality.
• Advanced integrations may require additional technical review and cost.

WIX Design Studios may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.
